Challenge: If the sun is shining you could explore the outdoor area with a paintbrush to practice writing your tricky/key words! If you don't have a paintbrush don't worry a stick or a twig works just as great! If the sun is not shining you could practice writing your words in your super learning book!

Maths - Time to get dancing! Scatter your number cards on the floor. Play your favourite song to dance too. When the music stops your grown up has to shout a number for you to find! If this is too easy you could find 1 more/less than a number or even 2/3 more/less!

Wednesday

Phonics - It's time to snuggle up with a great book. Get lots of cushions and blankets and make yourself a cosy den. You can choose your own story book or go to oxford owl and select one. Share your story with a grown up.
Can you talk about the story afterwards? what happened in the story ? who were the characters ? go back and look at the pages. Can you be a digraph or a tricky word detective ? Use your super looking eyes to spy digraphs and tricky words.

We know how much you all love the Julia Donaldson stories . Here's one of our favourite stories for you to snuggle up and watch ! Listen out for all of the lovely rhyming words.
